The ISO (International Organization for Standardization) system represents a series of internationally recognized standards developed by industry representatives from around the world. Quester Tangent is audited by the Quality Management Institute of Mississauga, Ontario.
Software: Software Engineering Institute - Capability Maturity Model
The Software Engineering Institute Software Capability Maturity Model (CMM) is the emerging software quality standard for the rail industry and on August 27, 2002 Quester Tangent Corporation achieved a SEI CMM Level 2 quality rating for its transit operations. LogiQual Inc. of Montreal, Quebec conducted the evaluation and certification presentation.
Manufacturing: IPC 610
IPC-A-610, "The Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies", is the most widely used standard published by the IPC (formerly Institute of Interconnecting and Packaging Electronic Circuits), with an international reputation as the source for end product acceptance criteria for consumer and high reliability printed wiring assemblies. Quester Tangent pursued, and was successful in achieving IPC-A-610.

Electronic Quality Documentation Quester Tangent implemented Electronic Quality Documentation (EtQ Quality Management Software) in early 2006 and the flexible software package guided, and continues to assist, Quester Tangent through compliance with ISO 9000.2000, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14000, OHSAS 18000 and similar standards for Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management.
