John Neville, CEO
Mr. John Neville, Chairman and CEO, has over 30 years of senior management and executive experience in shipping, aerospace, and telecommunications. Mr. Neville has a background in finance, business development and marketing. Mr. Neville founded GS Telecom Ltd, a network solutions telecommunications provider, with revenues of approximately US $30 million. He was Vice President of strategic planning and subsequently Senior Vice President of the Aviation Group of Spar Aerospace Ltd. Mr. Neville was the Treasurer of Fednay Limited, Canada's largest and most profitable deep-sea shipping company. He also worked as a consultant for McKinsey & Co. Inc. Mr. Neville obtained a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Victoria and an MBA from Stanford University.
Stephen McKay, President
Mr. Stephen McKay, Director and President, has been responsible for the design and development of the train management systems and has taken a lead role in contract bids and management. Mr. McKay has an in-depth knowledge of the light rail transit industry having worked in the fields of marine and transit software for over 13 years. His specific achievements include project manager for the Company's Logic Control Unit, software designer and team leader for the Brake Assurance Monitor product and lead software engineer and team leader for the Health Monitor Unit. Mr McKay has a BSc in computing sciences from the University of Victoria and is a registered professional engineer in British Columbia.
William (Bill) Collins, Vice President
Mr. Bill Collins, Director and Vice President, has more than 25 years experience in the marine community. His prior experience includes sea floor mapping supporting offshore oil and gas exploration. He worked for the South Pacific Applied Geoscience Commission, a UN sponsored coastal mapping organization. He was Canada's representative at the International Ocean Drilling Program science planning office. At Quester Tangent Mr. Collins has been lead on the introduction of acoustic seabed classification in the marketplace and was responsible for the $2M program of R&D resulting in the market leading sonar processing package now in use around the world. He has been a director of Quester Tangent since 2003. Mr Collins has a BSc and MSc from Memorial University of Newfoundland and is registered as a professional in the provinces of British Columbia and Newfoundland.
