Features

Train Management

·
Monitors and controls train subsystems and train-lines

· Operators running aid and conductors/maintenance trouble-shooting aid

· Wireless wayside link for revenue service and maintenance data transfer

· Wayside database and analysis

Driver, conductor and maintenance displays

Our UIC 557 push button and touch screen color displays provide users with an intuitive status, control and troubleshooting interface. We work collaboratively with our clients to tailor our interface to align with the manufacturer’s and authority’s operational procedures.

Train Network Controllers

Features include train inauguration (sequencing and orientation), fail over bypass relays, fault tolerant and redundant conditions and vehicle ID.

Vehicle Network Controllers

· IEEE 1473 Type L (LON) · CAN Open · IEEE 802.3 Ethernet ·    RS232, RS485 and RS422

Trainline I/O Controllers

Controllers monitor and control digital and analogue I/O. Featuring high density formats. 5ms digital and analogue input sample rate and 0.5-1 amp solid state outputs configured to detect possible faults.

Logic Controllers

Our logic controllers process captured data based on a user definable configuration and range from microcontrollers to embedded single board computers.

Data Loggers

Network, train-line and processed data recording in a user definable configuration including 1MB to 1 GB non-volatile storage ring and power shutdown sequence to ensure all data are logged

Wireless Access Points and Links

These Wi-Fi and Cellular data links transfer real-time logic controller data, historical data, GPS position and train subsystem configuration to wayside. The Wireless Data Link (WDL) uses IEEE 802.b/g/n and cellular network modems such as CDMA 2000. The WDL receives databases, application software and other data from wayside.
